Peter identified that the long tail of time is tied up in the circular nature of the recruitment process and that finding interviewing and evaluating the talent is what we do, and the interviewing process from shortlist are best handled by the client.

Meet Peter Blair
Peter Blair is an accomplished international business leader with extensive experience in executive search, leadership, and board membership. He has completed over 200 executive and board searches over the past 15 years including a range of C-suite and functional leadership roles. As an executive, he worked with global consumer brands in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the Middle East/Africa.
